According to the paragraph the fifth Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix № 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Extend till January 18, 2019 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 9, 2013 №65 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the cold-deformed seamless pipes from stainless steel coming from People's Republic of China and Malaysia and imported on single customs area of the Customs union".

2. From the effective date of this Decision till January 18, 2019 inclusive to provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of anti-dumping duty at the rates established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 9, 2013 No. 65, according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than May 15, 2018
