1. Approve the enclosed Standard agreement of insurance for the purposes of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes when making customs transactions.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. The basic concepts used in the Agreement

In this Agreement the following basic concepts are used:

1) the Beneficiary – person who according to this Agreement is receiver of insurance payment;

2) the Insurer – the legal entity registered as insurance company and having the license for the right of implementation of insurance activity granted authorized by regulating authority, to control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, obliged to make in case of loss occurrence insurance payment to person for benefit of whom this Agreement (Beneficiary), within the amount (insurance sum) determined by this Agreement is signed;

3) the Insurer – person who signed this Agreement with the Insurer (the guarantor, the payer or persons specified in Item 3 of article 96 of the Code);

4) insured event – event with which approach the agreement provides implementation of insurance payment;

5) object of insurance – the valuable interest of the Insurer connected with execution of its obligation on payment in the time of customs duties, taxes established by the Code when making customs transactions, and also the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties in the cases specified by Item 1 of article 139 of the Code;

6) insurance sum – amount of money for which object of insurance is insured and which represents limiting scope of responsibility of the Insurer in case of loss occurrence;

7) insurance premium – amount of money which the Insurer shall pay to the Insurer for adoption by the last of obligations to make insurance payment to the Beneficiary in the amount of, determined by this Agreement;
