1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of gas turbines capacity more than 5 000 kW, but no more than 50 000 kW, held for use as a part of complete gas-distributing aggregates and classified by codes 8411 82 200 1 and 8411 82 600 1 CN FEA EEU, according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since December 1, 2020, but not earlier than after 30 calendar from the date of its official publication.
