1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on stabilization and streamlining of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of international cooperation of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on stabilization and streamlining of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. The interdepartmental commission on stabilization and streamlining of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Commission) is created for the purpose of consideration of the questions connected with migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The commission in the activities is guided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of the Commission are:

- the organization of work on stabilization and streamlining of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- studying and assessment of condition of the regulatory legal base of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of migration;

- preparation of suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of ensuring stabilization and streamlining of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- participation in development of strategy for realization of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- control over the implementation of the decisions made by the Commission.

4. The commission has the right:

- make in accordance with the established procedure suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of migration, to regulation of external and internal migration;

- hear at the meetings officials of the ministries and other republican state bodies concerning regulation of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- attract in accordance with the established procedure to work in the Commission of employees of the interested bodies;

- receive from state bodies materials on the questions entering competence of the Commission;

- send according to the procedure of information required materials to relevant organs of public administration of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- perform other actions necessary for the goal achievement and tasks facing the Commission.

5. The structure of the Commission affirms the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Management of activities of the Commission is performed by the chairman.

Commission chairman:

- determines the agenda of commission session;

- conducts commission sessions;

- represents the Commission in the relations with the relevant organs of public administration and the international organizations performing activities in the field of migration;

- signs protocols of commission sessions;

- performs other functions on management of activities of the Commission.

7. Commission sessions are held as required, but at least two times a year.

8. The commission is competent to make decisions on condition of presence at its meeting at least two thirds of members of the commission.

Decisions are made by a simple majority vote the present members of the commission. If voices were divided equally, that decision for which the commission chairman voted is made.

Decisions of the Commission are led up to the interested bodies in the form of minutes abstracts of commission sessions.

9. Responsible secretary of the Commission:

- at the request of the chairman convokes commission sessions;

- will organize maintaining protocols of meetings.

10. In work of the Commission representatives of the interested bodies, the international and non-governmental organizations performing activities in the field of migration can be recruited.

11. Necessary organizational and methodical and technical supply of activities of the Commission performs Department of migratory service under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
