According to item 4 of Article 154, Item 7 of Article 225, Items 6, of the 11th Article 231 and Item 7 of article 429 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of fixation of date and time of the notification on arrival of goods for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of change of delivery location of goods without completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules of registration of submission of documents, represented for completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules of making of the customs transactions connected with completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) Rules of customs escort of goods and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 No. 249 "About some questions of customs transit and temporary storage of goods and vehicles" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10884, it is published on June 28, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of fixation of date and time of the notification on arrival of goods for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of fixation of date and time of the notification on arrival of goods for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 154 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Code) and determine procedure for fixation by authorized officers of bodies of the state revenues located in places of arrival (further - the authorized officer), date and time of the notification on arrival of goods for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - EEU).
