1. Approve the Procedure for publication of the notification as issuers of securities that they are considered performing public offer of securities (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. And corporate finances (Khokhlov N. V.) to provide to corporate management department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. And corporate finances (Khokhlov N. V.) to provide to corporate management department promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. To management of international cooperation and communications (Yushkevich A. I.) provide publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day and is effective till December 31, 2018.

Procedure for publication of the notification by issuers of securities that they are considered performing public offer of securities

1. This Procedure regulates amounts, terms and procedure for publication of the notification by issuers of securities that they are considered performing public offer of securities (further - the Notification).

2. Promulgation of the Notification is performed by placement in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market on the www.stockmarket.gov.ua website (further - the public information database of state commission), on own website and submissions to the Commission.

Promulgation of the Notification is performed in the following terms:

in the public information database of the Commission and on own website - within one working day after acceptance date authorized body of the issuer of the relevant decision, but no later than 10:00 the second working day after decision date;

submission to the Commission - within seven working days after acceptance date authorized body of the issuer of the relevant decision.

3. In the Notification such information is specified:

1) information about the issuer:

full name;

identification code of the legal entity;

location;

address of own website;

2) decision date authorized body of the issuer that the issuer is considered performing public offer of securities, and the name of authorized body (the supervisory board or general meeting of shareholders/participants) which made such decision;

3) type of securities, registration number and registration date of the registration certificate of issue of securities, international security identification number concerning which the decision by authorized body of the issuer is made on their public offer;

The additional information which the issuer considers necessary to promulgate 4) for comprehensive and exact illumination of information in the Notification.

4. The notification makes sure the signature of the head of the issuer and it is represented in the Commission in paper form.

The document confirming decision making of the issuer by authorized body that the issuer is considered performing public offer of securities (the copy or minutes abstract of meeting of the supervisory board, general shareholder meeting, meeting of participants) is attached to the Notification.
