About some questions of temporary customs control zones, places of temporary storage and duty-free shops

According to item 4 of Article 404, item 4 of Article 502, Item 5 of Article 509, item 4 of Article 516, item 4 of article 523 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of creation (including according to the statement of the interested person), the terminations of functioning of temporary customs control zones, requirements to them, and also legal regime of the temporary customs control zone according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Requirements to arrangement (except free warehouse), to arrangement and the equipment of constructions, rooms (parts of rooms) and (or) the open areas, held for use or used as warehouse of temporary storage, ground customs storage and the closed type, free warehouse, including requirements to barrier and equipment by system of video surveillance of perimeter of the territory of free warehouse according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Requirements to arrangement, arrangement and the equipment of duty-free shops, including equipment by system of video surveillance, the rule of their organization and functioning according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules of sales of goods in duty-free shops according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
