About interest payment for use of bank loans

According to the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2015 No. 218rp "About questions of the open joint stock company "Grodno Glass Plant" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Pay from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, in the expense limits determined in the budget for the current financial year on these purposes, interest for using provided to Grodno Glass Plant open joint stock company (further – JSC Grodno Glass Plant) the credit according to the agreement of December 30, 2010 No. 335-02763/10 and the credits according to appendices 1 and 2 during the term of return (repayment) of these credits:

in Belarusian rubles – in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank which developed taking into account its change during charge of percent;

in foreign currency – in the amount of 50 percent of the rate on the credit determined in the corresponding credit agreement with payment in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank established on payment date.

Interest payment according to part one of this Item is made to banks based on the data on the amounts added and which are subject to interest payment for use of bank loans provided to JSC Grodno Glass Plant to the Ministry of Finance and approved with banks.

The money released according to part two of this Item is allocated by JSC Grodno Glass Plant for replenishment of own current assets.

2. Condition of rendering JSC Grodno Glass Plant of the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution, and also person on whom the personal responsibility for its accomplishment is conferred are determined respectively in Items 3 and 8 of the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2015 No. 218rp "About questions of Grodno Glass Plant open joint stock company.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Architecture together with the Ministry of Finance and the State committee on property in 2018 increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capital of JSC Grodno Glass Plant at the amount of the state support given in 2017 provided from the republican budget by share issue of additional release and their transfer into the ownership of the Republic of Belarus.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2018.
