About approval of standards of the state services in the sphere of judicial and expert activities

According to the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the standard of the state service "Certification of Court Experts" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Assignment of Qualification of the Court Expert" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Certification of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric, Judicial and Narcological Experts" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the standard of the state service "Assignment of Qualification on the Right of Production of Certain Type of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric and Judicial and Narcological Examinations" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list, according to appendix 5 to this order.

3. To provide to department on the organization of expert activities in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Certification of Court Experts"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Certification of Court Experts" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The state service is rendered to RGKP "Center of Judicial Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. The term of rendering the state service - 15 (fifteen) working days.

The service provider within 2 (two) working days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks for completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of provision by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package according to the list, stipulated in Item 9 these standards of the state service, and (or) documents with the expired effective period the service provider in the specified terms gives written motivated refusal about the termination of consideration of the application.
