Based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 19, 1997 No. 659 "About approval "Regulations on rules of sale of the state parcels of land on which the privatized state companies and objects are located and also decides the companies and objects constructed by physical persons and legal entities" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1. Approve the Provision "About the Standard Price of the State Parcels of Land on Which the Privatized State Companies and Objects, and also the Companies and Objects Constructed by Physical Persons and Legal Entities Are Located" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
