1. Approve, according to the offer of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches, liquidation of orphanage, mun. Belts; boarding school for orphan children and children without parental support, mun. Belts; auxiliary boarding school, village of Korten, area Tarakliya; auxiliary boarding school, village Grineuts-Moldova, area Oknitsa.

2. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to create the commissions on liquidation of the educational institutions specified in Item 1.

3. To perform release of employees of organizations according to the labor law.

4. Donate, with the consent of district/municipal councils, the real estate units which are under authority of educational institutions, and adjoining to them the parcels of land (according to appendix) from public property of the state (management of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches) in public property of the corresponding administrative and territorial units for use mainly in the educational purposes.

5. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches together with council of municipium of Belts, Tarakliya and Oknits's regional councils to found the commissions on cession of property and to provide in 30-day time its transfer according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 2), with subsequent changes and amendments.

6. To the agency of the state services in request of local public administration to provide entering into the Real estate register of corresponding changes concerning the real estate specified in appendix to this resolution according to legislation provisions.

7. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 653 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Provision, structure and the extreme number of staff of the Ministry of Public Education" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 721), with subsequent changes and amendments, to exclude the following line items:

"Orphanage, mun. Belts";

"Boarding school for orphan children and children without parental support, mun. Belts";

"Auxiliary boarding school, village of Korten, area Tarakliya";

"Auxiliary boarding school, village Grineuts-Moldova, area Oknitsa".

8. In appendix No. 22-12 to the Order of the Government No. 351 of March 23, 2005. "About approval of lists of the real estate units which are public property of the state and about transfer of some real estate units" (2005, Art. No. 129-131, 1072), with subsequent changes and amendments, line items 7, of 12, 17 and 19 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

9. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education, cultures and researches.
