About the organization of activities of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Abolish the deputy minister's positions on development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the consultant for information and communication technologies, and also the deputy minister for development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan responsible for timely, full-scale and high-quality project implementation for creation of the Safe City complex.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 28.04.2020 No. PP-4699
5. Establish the extreme number of managerial personnel of central office of the Ministry in number of 142 units.
Provide to the minister of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan the right:
bring, if necessary, within the established number of staff of managerial personnel of change in structure of central office of the Ministry and its territorial administrations;
enter additional established posts of employees of the Ministry and its territorial administrations by fund of development of information and communication technologies;
attract as consultants within accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Ministry and functions of specialists of state bodies and the organizations, design institutes, scientific educational institutions, and also the leading international and foreign companies in the field of information technologies and communications;
employ in accordance with the established procedure highly qualified foreign specialists, and also perform payment of the salary to them in national currency or foreign currency by money transfer into their foreign accounts for the account of fund of development of the information and communication technologies or other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation.
6. Determine that:
the minister of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan affirms to position and is dismissed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on representation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the chief of territorial administration of the Ministry of the status is equated to the vice-chairman of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent;
sources of financing of activities of the Ministry and Inspectorate for control in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies under the Ministry is fund of development of information and communication technologies.
7. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 4, 2015 No. PP-2293 "About the organization of activities of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
8. To the ministry together with the interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov and the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. B. Murodov.
