1. Approve the enclosed forms of statements:

1) about acceptance of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) about inclusion in the register of owners of storage locations of own goods, rooms or the open areas according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) about protection of the rights to intellectual property items according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) about inclusion in the register of customs representatives according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) about inclusion in the register of customs carriers according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) about inclusion in the register of owners of places of temporary storage according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) about the conclusion of the agreement of pledge of property according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) about decision making about provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties according to appendix 8 to this order;

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2015 No. 659 "About approval of forms of the statements provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2010 "About customs affairs in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12629).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
