About approval of the Program for promotion of "green" economy in the Republic of Moldova for 2018-2020 and the Action plan on its implementation
According to Article 86, Item and) Article 89 of Chapter 16 "Environment" of the Section IV and Item d) Article 376 of Chapter 13 "Trade and sustainable development" of the Section V of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, ratified by the Law No. 112 of July 2, 2014. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 185-199, 442), the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1) the Program for promotion of "green" economy in the Republic of Moldova for 2018-2020, according to appendix No. 1;
2) the Action plan on implementation of the Program for promotion of "green" economy in the Republic of Moldova for 2018-2020, according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the ministries and bodies of the central public management responsible for implementation of the above-mentioned Program and Action plan:
1) to take the measures necessary for timely realization of the established actions;
2) to provide annual and mid-term budgetary planning of the financial resources necessary for implementation of the Action plan;
To represent 3) annually, till March 1, to the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment the report on realization of the actions provided in the Action plan.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment to provide monitoring and coordination of implementation process of the Action plan on implementation of the Program for promotion of "green" economy in the Republic of Moldova for 2018-2020 and annually, till April 1, to submit to the Government the generalized report on implementation of the Action plan.
4. Recommend to bodies of local public authority, to economic agents and public associations to take necessary measures for realization of provisions of the Program for promotion of "green" economy in the Republic of Moldova for 2018-2020 and the Action plan on its implementation.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.
