1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the direction and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of types of economic activity it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 26, 2018.

1. This Provision determines procedure for the direction by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in local executive and administrative organs of notifications on the beginning of implementation of types of economic activity (further – the notification), and also accounting treatment for the arrived notifications.
2. The notification goes the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur intending to perform the type of economic activity included in the list of types of economic activity about whose beginning of implementation by the subject of managing the notification in the local executive and administrative organ approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7 is submitted (further if other is not provided, – the subject of managing).
3. The notification is constituted by the subject of managing in form according to appendix with indication of:
