1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for the direction and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of types of economic activity.

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 26, 2018.

Regulations on procedure for the direction and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of types of economic activity

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for the direction by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in local executive and administrative organs of notifications on the beginning of implementation of types of economic activity (further – the notification), and also accounting treatment for the arrived notifications.

2. The notification goes the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur intending to perform the type of economic activity included in the list of types of economic activity about whose beginning of implementation by the subject of managing the notification in the local executive and administrative organ approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7 "About development of entrepreneurship" is submitted (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.11.2017, 1/17364) (further if other is not provided, – the subject of managing).

3. The notification is constituted by the subject of managing in form according to appendix with indication of:

full name of the legal entity or surname, own name and middle name (if that is available) the individual entrepreneur;

registration number of the subject of managing in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;

names of type of economic activity according to the list of types of economic activity about which beginning of implementation by the subject of managing the notification in local executive and administrative organ which the subject of managing assumes to perform is submitted;

compliance of the subject of managing, his workers performed by it activities and also the parcels of land, held for use in the course of its implementation, capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, the equipment, vehicles and other objects to requirements, stipulated by the legislation.

Chapter 2. Procedure for the direction of notifications

4. Notifications go in city (the cities of regional subordination), district executive committees, administrations of areas in the cities (further – authorized body) in the location of the legal entity or the residence of the individual entrepreneur.

The notification goes the subject of managing to authorized body one of the following methods:

by means of submission of the written notice through service "one window";

the registered mail with the assurance of receipt;

in the form of the electronic document signed by the digital signature of the head of the legal entity or the other person authorized according to the charter (the foundation agreement – for the commercial organization acting only on the basis of the foundation agreement) to act on behalf the organizations, or the individual entrepreneur with use of the single portal of electronic services.

5. Day of the direction of the notification it is considered in case of its direction:

by means of submission of the written notice through service "one window" – registration date of the notification in service "one window";

the registered mail with the assurance of receipt – the date specified in the receipt;

in the form of the electronic document – registration date of the notification on the single portal of electronic services.

6. One notification can contain information on implementation by the subject of managing only of one type of economic activity.

7. The notifications directed by subjects of managing according to the procedure, established by this Provision, are subject to obligatory acceptance and registration by authorized body.

Notifications are registered in day of their obtaining. The notifications which arrived in non-working day (time off) are registered not later than in the first working day following it.

Chapter 3. Accounting treatment for notifications

8. The authorized body performs accounting of the arrived notifications in register of notifications (further – the magazine) which is conducted on paper or in electronic form.

9. In the magazine the following data are entered:

full name of the legal entity or surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the individual entrepreneur;

registration number of the subject of managing in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;

type of economic activity about which beginning of implementation it is reported in the notification;

date of the direction of the notification subject of managing.

10. The data specified in Item 9 of this provision are introduced in the magazine by the employee of authorized body responsible for accounting of the arrived notifications.

11. The authorized body posts information on the received notifications * on the official site on the global computer Internet no later than three working days from the date of receipt of such notifications.
