The regulations of the Bank of Russia specified in Items 1 - the 15th list of regulations of the Bank of Russia (appendix to this Instruction) (further - the list), are applied by credit consumer cooperatives, housing accumulative cooperatives since January 1, 2019, agricultural credit consumer cooperatives - since January 1, 2020.

The regulation of the Bank of Russia specified in Item 16 of the list is applied by credit consumer cooperatives since January 1, 2019, agricultural credit consumer cooperatives - since January 1, 2020.

The regulation of the Bank of Russia specified in Item 17 of the list is applied by credit consumer cooperatives since creation of accounting (financial) records for 2019, agricultural credit consumer cooperatives - since creation of accounting (financial) records for 2020.

The regulation of the Bank of Russia specified in Item 18 of the list, credit consumer cooperatives is applied by housing accumulative cooperatives since creation of accounting (financial) records for the first quarter 2019 as of March 31, 2019, agricultural credit consumer cooperatives - since creation of accounting (financial) records for the first quarter 2020 as of March 31, 2020.
