About approval of the National program for the integrated protection of plants for 2018-2027 and the Action plan on its implementation

Based on article 7 of the Law No. 228 of September 23, 2010 on protection of plants and phytosanitary quarantine (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 241-246, 748), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of promotion of rational application of phytosanitary processings for ensuring food security and production of safe products of plant origin DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the National program for the integrated protection of plants for 2018-2027, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Action plan on implementation of the National program for the integrated protection of plants for 2018-2027, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To bodies of public management, actionees of the specified Action plan:

1) to undertake necessary measures for its implementation;

2) to provide annual and mid-term budgetary planning of the financial resources necessary for implementation of the Action plan;

To represent 3) to the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment annually, till January 15, reports on accomplishment of the Action plan.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment to represent to the Government annually, till February 15, the report on accomplishment of the specified Action plan.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.
