According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 1995 "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", of December 18, 2000 "About insurance activity", of July 4, 2003 "About state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations" and of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1) the list of the reporting of the insurance (reinsurance) organization and insurance broker according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) report form about remaining balance of money and the placed deposits according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
3) report form about remaining balance of the money and deposits placed for the asset account of Islamic insurance fund according to appendix 3 to this resolution;
4) report form about securities according to appendix 4 to this resolution;
4-1) report form about the securities acquired for the asset account of insurers within insurance contracts, providing condition of participation of the insurer in investments in form according to appendix 4-1 to this resolution;
4-2) report form about the insurance contracts providing condition of participation of the insurer in investments in form according to appendix 4-2 to this resolution;
5) report form about the securities acquired at the expense of Islamic insurance fund according to appendix 5 to this resolution;
6) report form about transactions the return repo, repo according to appendix 6 to this resolution;
7) report form about the amounts to obtaining from overcautious persons, insurance premiums to obtaining from insurers (reinsurers) and intermediaries according to appendix 7 to this resolution;
8) report form about investment property and fixed assets according to appendix 8 to this resolution;
9) report form about the investment property and fixed assets acquired at the expense of Islamic insurance fund according to appendix 9 to this resolution;
10) report form about calculation of insurance reserves for industry "general insurance" according to appendix 10 to this resolution;
11) report form about calculation of insurance reserves for industry "life insurance" according to appendix 11 to this resolution;
12) report form about insurance premiums according to appendix 12 to this resolution;

36-1) report form about contracts of reinsurance with participation of the insurance nonresident brokers of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are affiliirovanny persons of insurance broker of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on conditions of placement by the insurance nonresident broker of the Republic of Kazakhstan of insurance risks for reinsurance to the reinsurance nonresident organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan for form according to appendix 36-1 to this resolution;
37) Rules of submission of the reporting by the insurance (reinsurance) organization and insurance broker according to appendix 37 to this resolution.
2. The insurance (reinsurance) organization, the Islamic insurance (reinsurance) organization represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic format:
1) monthly - the reporting provided by subitems 2), 4), 4-1), 4-2), 6), 7), 8), 10), 11), 12), 13), 14), 15), 16), 17), 18), 19), 23) and 28) Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following month under report.
The Islamic insurance (reinsurance) organization in addition to the reporting provided by the subitem 1) of this Item represents the reporting according to subitems 3), 5), 9) and 20) of Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following month under report;
2) monthly - the reporting provided by the subitem 21) of Item 1 of this resolution till the tenth working day (inclusive) the month following month under report;
3) quarterly - the reporting provided by subitems 26), 29), 32) and 33) of Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter.
The Islamic insurance (reinsurance) organization in addition to the reporting provided by the subitem 3) of this Item represents the reporting according to the subitem 25) of Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter;
4) quarterly - the reporting provided by the subitem 22) of Item 1 of this resolution till the tenth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter;
5) on half-year - the reporting provided by subitems 24) and 27) of Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following reporting half-year;
6) annually - the reporting provided by subitems 30), 31) and 34) of Item 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following after accounting year.
3. The insurance broker represents to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan quarterly the reporting in electronic format provided by subitems 35), 36) and 36-1) Items 1 of this resolution till the sixth working day (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter.
1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2015 No. 81 "About approval of the list, forms, terms of the reporting of the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers and Rules of their representation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11769, published on August 21, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let);
2) Item 3 of the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of insurance activity to which changes are made, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of March 27, 2017 No. 45 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of insurance activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15542, published on September 5, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
5. To department of researches and statistics (Tutushkin V. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) of this Item and Item 6 of this resolution.
6. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmanov Zh. B.
8. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The report on remaining balance of money and the placed deposits
1. This explanation (further - the Explanation) determines single requirements for filling of the form intended for collection of the administrative data "The Report on Remaining Balance of Money and the Placed Deposits" (further - the Form).
2. The form is developed in compliance with Item 2 of article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2000 "About insurance activity".
3. The form is filled with the insurance (reinsurance) organization, the Islamic insurance (reinsurance) organization as of the end of the accounting period. Data in shape are specified in thousands of tenges. The amount less than 500 (five hundred) tenges is rounded to 0 (zero), and the amount equal of 500 (five hundred) tenges and above, is rounded to 1000 (thousand) tenges.
4. The form is signed by the first head, the chief accountant or persons authorized by them on signing of the report and the contractor.
5. In column 4 the name of rating agency according to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2012 is specified to No. 385 "About establishment of the minimum rating for legal entities and the countries which need of availability is required according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating activities of the financial organizations, the list of the rating agencies assigning this score", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8318 (further - the Resolution No. 385). In the absence of rating agency in column 4 it is specified "there is no rating".

The amount less than 500 (five hundred) tenges is rounded to 0 (zero), and the amount equal of 500 (five hundred) tenges and above, is rounded to 1000 (thousand) tenges.
4. The form is signed by the first head, the chief accountant or persons authorized by them on signing of the report and the contractor.

In column 4 the name of rating agency according to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2012 is specified to No. 385 "About establishment of the minimum rating for legal entities and the countries which need of availability is required according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating activities of the financial organizations, the list of the rating agencies assigning this score", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8318 (further - the Resolution No. 385).
