1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of the certificate on compliance of design of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part to safety requirements of traffic and permission to re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.

Regulations on procedure for issue of the certificate on compliance of design of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part to safety requirements of traffic and permission to re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for issue of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan by Headquarters (further - GUBDD) certificates on compliance of design of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part to safety requirements of traffic and permission to re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle.

2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:

the applicant - the subject of entrepreneurship who addressed for receipt of the certificate on compliance of design of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part to safety requirements of traffic, and in case of the request for permission to re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle - the owner of this automotor-vehicle (legal entity or physical person);

re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle - modification of design and elements of constituents of the automotor-vehicle with use of aggregates and nodes, spare parts and accessories of other models and modifications;

permission to re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle (further - permission) - the document of allowing nature issued to the subject of entrepreneurship for implementation by it of one-time activities for specific type of re-equipment based on the statement of the owner of the automotor-vehicle;

the certificate on compliance of design of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part to safety requirements of traffic (further - the certificate) - the document of allowing nature which grants to subjects of entrepreneurship the right to perform activities for re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle and (or) production of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part;

constituents and equipment items of the automotor-vehicle (part) - the aggregates, nodes and details established and used in automotor-vehicle designs to which requirements of regulating documents in the field of technical regulation are imposed;

the subject of entrepreneurship - the legal entity or physical person performing activities for re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle and (or) production of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part based on the certificate;

the standard of the organization (Ts) - the document issued in accordance with the established procedure to the subject of entrepreneurship on implementation of specific type of re-equipment of the automotor-vehicle and (or) production of specific brand and model of the automotor-vehicle and (or) its part;
