1. Approve:

1) the description and Rules of use of symbol of bodies of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the description and Rules of application of identification flag and identification mark of bodies of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on the Internet - resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days after day its the first official to publication.

1. The presents the description and Rules of use of symbol of bodies of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Description and Rules) are developed in realization of item 4 of article 18 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and determine the description of symbol of bodies of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and procedure for its use.

Chapter 2. Description of symbol

2. The symbol of bodies of state revenues represents the image of polygonal star of gold color.

3. In polygonal star the semicircle of dark blue color is located, in circle the text of golden color "Memlekett_k K_r_ster Committee _" from below is located.

4. In circle the national pattern in the form of the flying-up bird which symbolizes the infinite height, freedom of flight and directed movement up is located.

5. Shanyrak - is the center of logo, thereby emphasizes unity of the people and national values.

The presents the description and Rules of application of identification flag and identification mark of bodies of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Description and Rules) are developed in realization of item 4 of article 10 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2017 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine the description of structure of identification flag and identification mark, and also procedure for their application.

Chapter 2. Description of identification flag and identification mark

2. The identification flag of bodies of state revenues is represented by panel which upper part of blue color, the lower part - green.

Blue color represents National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan, green color - the commonly accepted international sign of frontiers.

The ratio of blue and green colors constitutes proportion 50:50.

In the center there is gold octahedral star representing our planet in it gold shanyrak with thin golden border.
