According to paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. The brine cheeses made of the milk and (or) products received from milk without substitution of its natural components by other substances according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified under the production technologies which are not providing maturing of which receipt of cheeses with the created physical, chemical and organoleptic indicators inherent to specific names of young (fresh) brine cheeses is result in subline item 0406 10 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. The brine cheeses made of the milk and (or) products received from milk without substitution of its natural components by other substances according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified under the production technologies providing maturing of which receipt of cheeses with the created physical, chemical and organoleptic indicators inherent to specific names of aged brine cheeses is result in subline item 0406 90 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
