Based on part three of Item 3 of Article 76 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. if the amount of actually prepared gallipot under the act of survey of the sites of forest fund provided for gallipot procurement exceeds the annual amount of procurement of gallipot specified in the forest ticket in the line "Other Conditions", the forest user makes surcharge for in addition prepared amount of gallipot at its taksovy cost;
1.2. payments for in addition prepared amount of gallipot in comparison with specified in the forest ticket are made by the forest user annually on the current (budget) account of the legal entity who is conducting forestry, issued the forest ticket within 30 calendar days after creation in accordance with the established procedure of the act of survey of the sites of forest fund provided for gallipot procurement if other procedure for transfer of the specified payments is not established by the budget legislation.
2. The paragraph the seventeenth parts two of Item 21 of the Instruction on accounting treatment, storages, fillings, the issue and cancellation of the logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 907 "About measures for realization of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.11. 2016, 5/42891) to add with the offer of the following content: "In case of the statement of the forest ticket for procurement of gallipot the annual amount of procurement of gallipot is specified;".
3. The forest tickets issued before entry into force of this resolution are subject to reduction in compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
