Form the state-owned joint stock company "Kyrgyzgazmunayzat" (SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat) based on Republican production association "Kyrgyzgaz", the National production association "Chuygazmunayzat" and the State joint-stock corporation "Kyrgyzmunayzat", having installed corporate management system the company.

- executive body SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat is general directorate.

2. Ceased to be valid the Presidential decree KR of July 31, 1997 unitary enterprise No. 218

3. Appoint Dzhaysanbayev Shalkhar Samarkhanovich the CEO SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat.

4. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- approve the charter SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat;

- till March 1, 1997 to provide cession of property, this Decree belonging at the time of signing to Republican production association "Kyrgyzgaz", the National production association "Chuygazmunayzat" and the State joint-stock corporation "Kyrgyzmunayzat", on balance which is again formed SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat;

- develop and submit for approval of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the individual privatization program SAC Kyrgyzgazmunayzat.
