ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

of March 1, 2018 No. 206

About establishment of official pay rates of public prosecutor's employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to Item 1 of article 44 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish to public prosecutor's employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation official pay rates as a percentage of official pay rate of the First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation according to appendices No. 1 - 3.

2. In case of reduction of the sizes of official pay rates of public prosecutor's employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation in connection with entry into force of this resolution for the specified workers the sizes of official pay rates established by it according to regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation which acted about day of entry into force of this resolution, before acquisition of right by them of the right to official pay rates in big sizes on the conditions established by this resolution remain.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 4.
