1. Approve:

2) the standard of the state service "Licensing for Occupation Activities of the Private Legal Executive" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department on execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Carrying Out Certification of the Persons Which Passed Training and Applying for the Occupation Right Activities of the Private Legal Executive"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Carrying Out Certification of the Persons Which Passed Training and Applying for the Occupation Right Activities of the Private Legal Executive" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears territorial authorities of justice of areas, the cities of republican value and the capital (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the Electronic Government": www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service from the moment of the address on the portal:

in case of decision about refusal in rendering the state service - no later than 15 (fifteen) working days;

in case of decision of the commission about results of certification - no later than the next working day after carrying out certification.

The service provider within two working days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks completeness of the submitted documents.

Form of provision of result of rendering the state service - electronic.

The result of rendering the state service goes to "private office" of the uslugopoluchatel in electronic form signed by the EDS of the authorized person of the service provider.

Uslugopoluchatel allowed to certification is notified by the service provider on the place, date, time, procedure for carrying out certification not later than ten calendar days before its carrying out in writing.

Not later than ten calendar days before carrying out certification the service provider on the Internet resource places applicants lists, allowed to certification, procedure for its carrying out, duration and contents of the procedure of selection of applicants.

7. The state service is rendered on free basis to physical persons.

8. Working schedule:

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive, from 9-00 till 18-30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13-00 till 14-30 o'clock, except for days off and holidays according to the labor law;
