2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to place this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days from the date of signing of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

2. The committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on monthly basis till the 5th following reporting provides in Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on secure channels of communication the list of data in the field of foreign trade on commodity import, including conditionally released goods for transfer of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Committee to Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to these rules with execution of cover letters marked "For office use".

The committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan daily the working day following reporting sends till 10:00 o'clock to Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on secure channels of communication the list of data from the Document registers confirming observance of compliance of the imported goods to mandatory requirements necessary for confirmation of observance of measures of technical regulation for transfer by Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to these rules.
4. Information goes in format (XML, EXCEL, DBF, SQL).
5. The committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – state bodies) provide timely collection and provision of data.
6. State bodies notify by official letters each other on appointment of the officials responsible for preparation, transfer and acceptance of data in case of exchange.
