About format and structure of provision of information on initiative within implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of forming of request for study of initiative within implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union according to Item 8 of the Procedure for study of initiatives within implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Eurasian intergovernmental council of October 25, 2017 No. 4 (further - the Procedure), the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Determine that:
forming of request for study of initiative within implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union is performed by filling placed on information portal of the Eurasian Economic Union of electronic format and structure of provision of information on initiative according to appendix;
it are provided by office of management of initiatives according to Item 28 of the Procedure to the Chairman of Board of the Eurasian economic commission (if necessary) based on results of monitoring and control of process of management of initiatives of the offer on modification of the Procedure within 6 months from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
