approximate form of the agreement on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) of water biological resources in internal waters of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, for implementation of industrial fishery for persons at whom effective period of agreements on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for implementation of industrial fishery in fresh-water water objects expires till December 31, 2018.

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2018.

1. These rules establish procedure for fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) for water biological resources (further - water bioresources) in internal waters of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, for implementation of industrial fishery (further - quotas of production (catch) in internal water objects) for persons specified regarding 3rd article 16 of the Federal law "About Fishery and Preserving Water Biological Resources" at whom effective period of agreements on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water bioresources for implementation of industrial fishery in fresh-water water objects (in internal waters of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation) (further - industrial quotas) expires till December 31, 2018 (further - the agreement on fixing of shares of industrial quotas), and procedure for the conclusion with such persons of agreements on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects.

2. Shares of quotas of production (catch) in internal water objects are assigned to persons specified in Item 1 of these rules by the conclusion with such persons of agreements on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects.

3. For fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects and the conclusions of the agreement on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects of person specified in Item 1 of these rules, applying for fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects and the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects (further - applicants), from April 1 to May 10, 2018 submit the application about fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects and the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects to the period (further - the request) in writing personally or the mailing or in the form of the electronic document signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature or with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" in the following executive bodies (further - authorized bodies):

a) Federal Agency for Fishery - concerning shares of quotas of production (catch) of anadromous and catadromous species of fish in internal water objects;

b) executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - concerning shares of quotas of production (catch) in internal water objects, except for share of quotas of production (catch) of anadromous and catadromous species of fish.

4. The request shall contain:

a) full name, the address and the location, bank details, identification taxpayer number, the primary state registration number - for legal entities;

b) surname, name, middle name (in the presence), data of the identity document, the residential address, bank details, identification taxpayer number, the primary state registration number of the individual entrepreneur - for individual entrepreneurs;

c) details of the current agreement (agreements) on fixing of shares of industrial quotas (date and agreement number (agreements), the name of the executive body which signed such contract (agreements) with the applicant);

d) type of water bioresources and the area of production (catch) of such type of water bioresources in internal waters of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation concerning which the applicant applies for fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects and the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of share of quota of production (catch) in internal water objects;

e) data on stay or not finding of the applicant under control of the foreign investor - for the legal entity;
