About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff Eurasian
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix № 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) Council of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) concerning polyethylene for drawing factory three-layered anticorrosive covering on pipes of the big diameter classified by the EEAS Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3901 20 900 1 in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018 inclusive.
2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:
a) in line item with code 3901 20 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "4C)" to replace with the reference "59C)";
b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 59C of the following content:
"<59C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2018 till 30.09.2018 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
