- on the right of carrying out banking activities, including transactions according to the Islamic principles of banking and financing, in national and/or foreign currency - the triple size of settlement indicator;

- on the right of implementation of activities by specialized financial credit institutes - the triple size of settlement indicator;

- on the right of implementation of activities by credit unions - the triple size of settlement indicator.

2. Establish the amount of payment for the licenses granted by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the following size:

- for rendering services in implementation of exchange of credit information - the tenfold size of settlement indicator.

3. In case of renewal and issue of the duplicate, and also replacement of the license:

- on making of banking activities collection in the amount of one settlement indicator is levied;

- specified in Item 2 of this resolution, the payment in the amount of five settlement indicators is levied.

4. All raised funds for consideration of the application and licensing, for renewal, issue of the duplicate, and also replacement of the license are transferred into the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective since June 22, 2017.

To management of methodology of supervision and licensing to bring this resolution to the attention of structural divisions, regional managements and representative office of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province, commercial banks and branch of foreign bank, operators of payment systems and payment institutes, credit bureau of KIB "Ishenim" and non-bank financial credit institutions attracting deposits.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Dzhusupova T.Dzh.
