1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Updating of Data on Physical Person for Whom Fees on Compulsory Social Medical Insurance Are Paid by the State"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Updating of Data on Physical Person for Whom Fees on Compulsory Social Medical Insurance Are Paid by the State" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the Ministry, local executive bodies of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and cities of regional value, the organizations of education (further - the service provider).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider - 1 (one) working day;

in case of the appeal to the organization of education where the uslugopoluchatel does not study or did not finish training - 5 (five) working days.

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of documents uslugopoluchatel - 20 (twenty) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 20 (twenty) minutes.

7. The state service is rendered to free of charge physical persons (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. The working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive, from 09:00 to 18:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock, except for days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Documents acceptance and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed from 09:00 to 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock.

The state service is rendered in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing:

to children (to students and pupils of the organizations of education up to 18 years) - the organizations of preschool, secondary, technical and professional education, local executive bodies of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and cities of regional value;

to the persons 18 years of age or over who are studying full-time in the organizations of secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher education, and also postgraduate education - the organizations of education;

to persons which finished training in full-time courses in the organizations of secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher education, and also postgraduate education during 3 (three) calendar months following after month in which training - the organizations of education is complete.

9. The list of the documents necessary for rendering the state service in case of the personal address of uslugopoluchatel or his legal representative with provision of the documents confirming powers on representation to the service provider:

1) the statement in form, according to appendix 2 to this standard of the state service;

2) the identity document of uslugopoluchatel or the copy of the certificate of birth of the child (it is required for identification of the personality);

When giving uslugopoluchatel of all necessary documents to the service provider confirmation of adoption of the statement on paper is the mark in its copy with indication of date of its obtaining, surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability) the accepted person and time of documents acceptance.
