DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About the most admissible levels of remaining balance of veterinary medicines (pharmacological active agents) which can contain in not processed food products of animal origin, including in raw materials, and techniques of their determination

According to Items 2 and 3 of article 56 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and part 3 of Article 13 of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (TR CU 021/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880, and also having taken into consideration information on results of monitoring of execution of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union by authorized bodies (further - the Union) acts of bodies of the Union in the field of use of sanitary and veterinary and sanitary measures, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed list of veterinary medicines (pharmacological active agents) most of which admissible levels of remaining balance can contain in not processed food products of animal origin, including in raw materials, and techniques of their determination (further - the list).

2. Determine that the most admissible levels of remaining balance of veterinary medicines (pharmacological active agents) in not processed food products of animal origin, including in raw materials, specified in the list, are controlled:

the manufacturer (supplier) of not processed food products of animal origin, including raw materials, in case of use of veterinary medicines for productive animals;

when carrying out production supervision at the overworking food companies according to information on use of veterinary medicines provided by the manufacturer (supplier);

when implementing the state control (supervision).

In the accompanying document on not processed food products of animal origin, including on the raw materials issued according to the legislation of state member of the Union the name of veterinary medicine, date of its last use for productive animal and confirmation of terms of its removal from animal organism is specified.

3. To provide to authorized bodies of state members of the Union according to the legislation of the states access of the interested public authorities, legal entities and physical persons of state members to acquaintance with the techniques specified in the list.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2.

Item 2 of this Decision becomes effective after 180 calendar days from the date of publication of this Decision.
