1. Approve enclosed:

the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing with affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation" (further - the Program);

2. Determine that:

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation has the right to transfer to federal state institution "The Joint Directorate on Realization of Federal Investing Programs" of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation powers on execution of the functions connected with program implementation according to the list of such powers approved by the specified Ministry;

financing of execution by federal state institution "The Joint Directorate on Realization of Federal Investing Programs" of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation of the functions connected with program implementation is performed at the expense of the means of the federal budget provided on management of program implementation;

distribution of means of the federal budget on the capital construction projects which are subject to construction (reconstruction) or acquisition within the main action "Provision of housing for separate categories of citizens" for the Program affirms the main managers of budgetary funds within amounts of the budgetary appropriations provided by it on the answering purpose in the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period and the limits of the budget obligations approved on these purposes in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation;

4. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
