3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 21, 2002 No. 361 "About approval of the List of the positions relating to aeronautical personnel of the state aircraft of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Azizov.
