1. Approve the List of the positions relating to aviation personnel of the state aircraft of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 21, 2002 No. 361 "About approval of the List of the positions relating to aviation personnel of the state aircraft of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Azizov.

1. To aircrew of the state aircraft the persons according to this List having special preparation and which are carrying out the functional obligations in flight (the command and managing station of pilotless aviation complex) as a part of crew of the aircraft (unmanned aerial vehicle) on piloting, air navigation, operation of the aircraft, its systems and the equipment in the presence of the corresponding admission treat flights according to the held established post and military specialty.
