About reorganization of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic

To the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic to render assistance to the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic in implementation of reception-transmission of the state company "Issyk Kul Shipping Company" under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enhancement of management of the state companies" of February 22, 2011 No. 62 the following change:

- add with Item 1-8 of the following content:

"1-8. Exempt the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic from payment of 50 percent of net profit in the republican budget following the results of work for 2017.

9. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Charter of the state company "Issyk Kul Shipping Company" under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 23, 2017 No. 402.

10. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
