According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", to Articles 243, 255 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses, to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, RESHILA:

1. Approve the Instruction for registration in the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, materials about administrative offenses which is applied.

2. Utverdityizmeneniya in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization which are applied.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of the state supervision this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization

1. According to the procedure of implementation of the state supervision of the market of telecommunications, approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of December 13, 2012 No. 649, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2013 at No. 92/22624:

1) in the Section VII:

in Item 7.13 of the word and signs "(7)" to exclude appendix;

in Item 7.15 of the word and signs "(8)" to exclude appendix;

Appendices 7, 8 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto 9, 10 to consider appendices respectively appendices 7, 8;

According to the procedure of implementation of the state supervision of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine in bands of radio frequencies public, approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of December 27, 2012 No. 684, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 for No. 175/22707:

1) in the Section VII:

in Item 7.12 of the word and signs "(8)" to exclude appendix;

in Item 7.14 of the word and signs "(9)" to exclude appendix;

Appendices 8, 9 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider appendices 10-16 respectively appendices 8-14;

To replace 3) in the text of the Procedure for the reference to appendices 10-16 with references to appendices 8-14.
