About approval of the list of products and epidemic the significant objects which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiologic control and supervision

According to Item 3 of article 21 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the List of products which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiologic control and supervision according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the List epidemic the significant objects which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiologic control and supervision according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2013 No. 729 "About approval of the List of the objects and products which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and the List epidemic of significant objects" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9100, No. 72 is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 15, 2014 (27693);

2) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2015 No. 414 "About approval of the list of products and epidemic the significant objects which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiologic control and supervision" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11658, it is published to information system of law of Ad_let on August 6, 2015).

3. To provide to committee of protection of public health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tsoi A. V.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Appendix 1

to the Order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2017 No. 836

The list of products which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiologic control and supervision

1. Products of the high epidemic importance:

1) Foodstuff (the products in the natural or processed type eaten by the person) including received with use of the gene engineering modified (transgene) organisms;

2) Products (goods) for children: games and toys, bed linen, clothes, footwear, education guidances, furniture, carriages, bags (satchels, backpacks, portfolios), artificial polymeric and synthetic materials for production of products (goods) of children's assortment;

3) Materials, the equipment, substances, devices used in the sphere of economic and drinking water supply and in case of sewage treatment in swimming pools;

4) Perfumery cosmetics, means of hygiene of oral cavity;

5) Products, products which are source of the ionizing radiation including generating and also products and products (goods) containing radioactive materials;

6) the Materials, products and the equipment contacting to foodstuff.

2. Products of the insignificant epidemic importance:

1) Chemical and petrochemical products of production appointment, goods of household chemicals, paints and varnishes;

2) the Polymeric, synthetic and other materials intended for application in construction on transport, and also for production of furniture and other household goods; furniture; the textile sewing and knitted materials containing chemical fibers and textile excipients; artificial and synthetic skin and textile materials for production of clothes and footwear;

3) Products of mechanical engineering and instrument making of production, medical and household purpose, except spare parts to vehicles and household appliances (except for contacting to drinking water and foodstuff);

4) Publishing products: educational editions and benefits for general education averages and higher educational institutions, book and journal editions for children and teenagers;

5) Products from the natural raw materials which are exposed in production process to processing (coloring, impregnation);

6) Materials for the products (product) contacting to skin of the person, clothes, footwear;

7) Construction raw materials and materials in which hygienic standard rates regulate content of radioactive materials, including production waste for repeated conversion and use in the national economy, scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (scrap metal);

8) Tobacco products and tobacco raw materials;

9) Individual protection equipment;

10) Pesticides and agrochemicals;

11) Equipment, materials for airpreparation, aircleanings and filterings;

12) Deicing reagents.
