According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses of the licensees performing economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory from electrical supply to consumers (except the population) on the rates differentiated on periods of time which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of November 16, 2006 No. 1487 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to licensees on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate of compensation of losses from electrical supply implementation to consumers on the rates differentiated on periods of time" (with changes).

3. This resolution becomes effective since April 01, 2018, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its publication in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
