About the list of the documents containing data on high-quality and sowing (landing) qualities of seeds of the agricultural plants which are mutually recognized by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of the address of seeds of agricultural plants within the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of realization of Item 2 of article 3 of the Agreement on the address of seeds of agricultural plants within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 7, 2017 and according to item 4 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission ( appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

Ask state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of carrying out consultations and development of offers on entering of corresponding changes into the list approved by this Decision to inform each other and the Eurasian economic commission on the planned changes of regulatory legal acts in the part concerning determination of procedure for issue and types (forms) of the documents containing data on high-quality and sowing (landing) qualities of seeds of agricultural plants, and also on introduction of such changes within 10 calendar days from acceptance date of the corresponding regulatory legal act.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the address of seeds of agricultural plants within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 7, 2017.
