About classification of one-time feminine hygienic pads, one-time hygienic inserts for bra and one-time diapers for adults according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The one-time feminine hygienic pads consisting of several layers made of different materials in which the absorbing layer giving to product the main property - collection and deduction of liquid, consists of the fluffed-up cellulose with addition of chemical fibers or without them and the chemical moisture absorbing material (superabsorbent), according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1, 3 (v) and 6 are classified in subsubline item of 9619 00 710 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. The one-time hygienic inserts for bra used as laying for bra, consisting of several layers made of different materials in which the absorbing layer giving to product the main property - collection and deduction of liquid, consists of the fluffed-up cellulose with addition of chemical fibers or without them and the chemical moisture absorbing material (superabsorbent), according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1, 3 (v) and 6 are classified in subsubline item of 9619 00 790 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
