2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) this Item.

Standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Rates of Remuneration on the Issued Credits Banks of the Second Level to Subjects of Private Entrepreneurship for the purposes of Housing Construction"

Section 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Subsidizing of Rates of Remuneration on the Issued Credits Banks of the Second Level to Subjects of Private Entrepreneurship for the purposes of Housing Construction" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears joint-stock company "Business Development Fund "Lady" (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider.

Section 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the date of delivery of document package to the service provider - 10 (ten) working days;

2) the maximum allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 30 (thirty) minutes;

3) the maximum allowed time of servicing - 20 (twenty) minutes.

The service provider within 1 (one) working day from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In representation cases uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package according to the list, stipulated in Item 9 these standards of the state service, and (or) documents with the expired effective period the service provider refuses reception of an application.

8. The working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday from 9:00 till 19:00 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 to 15:00 o'clock, except days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed from 9:00 to 19:00 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 15:00 o'clock.

The state service is rendered in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing.

9. The list of the documents necessary for rendering the state service in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel (or his representative by proxy) with presentation of the identity document (for identification of the personality):

1) the statement questionnaire on receipt of subsidy in form according to appendix to this standard of the state service;

2) the description of the implementable project (it is created in any form with appendix of allowing documentation on construction of the project, business plan);

3) the letter of BVU with the positive decision on possibility of provision (refinancing) of the credit for project implementation;

4) conclusion of complex non-departmental examination;
