1. Approve the Procedure for development, approval, state registration, check, review, change, cancellation, application, official distribution (provision) of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, official distribution (provision) of information on them, and also placements of drafts of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, notifications on their development and on completion of their consideration on the global computer Internet it (is applied).

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes requirements to development, approval, state registration, check, review, change, cancellation, application, official distribution (provision) of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, official distribution (provision) of information on them, and also to placement of drafts of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, notifications on their development and on completion of their consideration on the global computer Internet for the subjects of technical regulation and standardization participating in process of technical regulation and standardization.

2. For the purposes of this Procedure terms and their determinations in the values established in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About technical regulation and standardization" are used.

3. Development of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus (further – technical regulations) is performed (will be organized, coordinated) by the State committee on standardization (further – Gosstandart), other republican state bodies, National Bank within the powers conferred to them provided that the relevant republican state body, National Bank are determined as the executive in charge (developer) (further – the executive in charge (developer).

4. Development of the technical regulation includes the following stages:

preparation for development of the technical regulation;

project development of the technical regulation;

development of final version of the draft of the technical regulation;

approval of the technical regulation;

state registration of the technical regulation.
