1. Approve Rules of import and export of cash of the Republic of Uzbekistan and cash foreign currency by physical persons through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. V. Tokhiry.

1. These rules according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About currency control" determine procedure for import and export of cash of the Republic of Uzbekistan and cash foreign currency by physical persons (residents and nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
These Rules does not extend to persons having diplomatic immunity.
