Some questions of reorganization of territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine Sumy region
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Cancel the decision on reorganization of Achtyrski of the joint management of the Pension fund of Ukraine by accession to it of the Velikopisarevsky joint management of the Pension fund of Ukraine and management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Trostyanetsky area.
2. Form the Southern joint management of the Pension fund of Ukraine, having reorganized by merge the Velikopisarevsky joint management of the Pension fund of Ukraine, the Akhtyrsky joint management of the Pension fund of Ukraine, management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Trostyanetsky area.
3. Bring in appendices 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 No. 988 "Some questions of functioning of territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 2, the Art. 45) changes which are applied.
