About some questions connected with determination of standard rates of assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. The paragraph third Item 3 of the Regulations on standard rates of assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2006 No. 233 "About standard rates of assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder" (Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 18, Art. 2001), to state in the following edition:

"the norm of target use of means determined by division of the amount of the assets of the builder which are not connected with construction into the amount of net assets of the builder and total amount of its obligations reduced by the size of agreement obligations of participation in shared-equity construction;".

2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve in 3-month time procedure of payments of standard rates of assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder, stipulated in Item 3 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2006 No. 233 "About standard rates of assessment of financial stability of activities of the builder".
