Subject of regulation of Administrative regulations

1. The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Registration Service (further - the Federal Registration Service) the state service in entering of data on non-profit organization into the unified state register of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers (further also - Administrative regulations) determine the standard of provision of the specified state service and establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions), requirements to procedure for their accomplishment, form of control of execution of Administrative regulations, pre-judicial (extrajudicial) procedure for appeal of decisions and actions (failure to act) of the Federal Registration Service and its officials by provision of the state service in entering of data on non-profit organization into the unified state register of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers (further respectively - the state service, the Register).

2. The state service is provided to the non-profit organizations created for the purpose of:

providing public concerns, forming of single approaches to implementation of estimative activities, development of single line item of appraisers concerning regulation of their activities, coordination of activities of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers, and also for the purpose of interaction of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers with federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies and consumers of services in the field of estimative activities and to the meeting mandatory requirements provided by part two of article 24.10 of the Law on estimative activities.
