About accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - The Republic of Moldova joins the Protocol on the aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment made in Cape Town on November 16, 2001 with the following statements:
"According to Item 1 of article XXX of the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment the Republic of Moldova declares that it will apply articles VIII and XII of the this Protocol.
According to Item 2 of article 54 of the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment the Republic of Moldova declares that all methods of protection of the rights which are available for the creditor according to this Convention which are accurately not determined in any of its provisions as the requiring appeals to the court can be applied only from the leave of court.
Art. 2. – To the government to take necessary measures for realization of provisions of the specified Protocol.
Art. 3. – To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration prepare and transfer to depositary the document on accession.
