About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses by the National Bank of Ukraine on placement of currency values by residents (legal entities and physical person) on accounts outside Ukraine

According to articles 7 and 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", items 4 and the 6th Article 5 and Item 1 of article 11 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 15-93

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses by the National Bank of Ukraine on placement of currency values by residents (legal entities and physical person) on accounts outside Ukraine which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.05.99 No. 221 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of individual licenses on the right of opening by legal entities - residents of Ukraine of foreign bank accounts";

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.11.99 No. 565 "About approval of the Regulations on the special mode of licensing of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine";

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 02.11.2000 No. 431 "About accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About entering into some laws of Ukraine of changes on opening of bank accounts" (20.11.2000 for No. 839/5060) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Individual licenses which are granted by the National Bank of Ukraine according to the regulatory legal acts provided in Item 2 of this resolution and which effective period does not come to an end in 2005 since 01.01.2005 are cancelled. In this case issue of the new license is carried out free of charge.

4. To department of currency control (M. O. Melnichuk) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission Operational and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

5. In week time from day of entry into force of this resolution to territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine which granted individual licenses or on which control of execution of conditions of individual licenses which are cancelled according to Item 3 of this resolution is imposed, to send to owners of these licenses the corresponding messages.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on General department of banking supervision (V. V. Pushkarev).

7. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
