About measures for social encouragement of the employers who are actively participating in creation of new workplaces and employment of the population
In pursuance of Item 5 of the Program of complex measures for further enhancement of the activities of bodies for work and employment of the population approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 24, 2017 No. PP-3001, and also for the purpose of creation of effective mechanisms of social encouragement of the employers who are actively participating in creation of new workplaces and employment of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept offers of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan, the Union of youth of Uzbekistan about:
introduction, since 2018, the rating system "Social Responsibility and Efficiency" providing application of measures of encouragement to the employers who are actively creating new workplaces, and also providing employment of the population;
the organizations of financing of implementable measures within the entered rating system "Social Responsibility and Efficiency" at the expense of means of the State fund of assistance of employment of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
annual carrying out among employers republican and the territorial tenders "Social Responsibility and Efficiency" (further - tender).
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of rating of the employers who are actively participating in creation of new workplaces and employment of the population, and also application of measures of social encouragement to them according to appendix.
