1. General provisions

The interdepartmental leading project implementation team "Strengthening of vocational training and training" under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - group) is the supreme leading and coordinating body in the field of development of initial vocational training and training in the Republic of Tajikistan.

- the organization of cooperation of local executive bodies of the government and the commercial, and also international organizations in the field of vocational training and training;

- representation to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of offers on reforming and development of system of initial vocational training, recommendations and offers of the ministries, departments and public organizations on reforming and development of the sphere of initial vocational training, recommendations about upgrade of the legal base of the sphere of initial vocational training, recommendations about improvement of infrastructure of initial vocational training according to requirements of new standards, offers on development of the approved system of quality assurance of professional education, including management on carrying out accreditation, certification, licensing, the organization of quality management and effective monitoring system and assessment, recommendations about improvement of qualitative and quantitative indices of initial vocational training, recommendations about management of structure and conducting management of organizations of initial vocational training, offers on standards of competences;

- coordination of effective process cooperation of training centers and industries, including educational and work practice of pupils and students;

- coordination of process of effective interaction of science and production, and also coordination of employment of young specialists;

- development of recommendations and offers on implementation of experience of other countries for enhancement of system of initial vocational training;

- assistance in coordinating of activities of the ministries, departments and public organizations for ensuring the approved approach in the field of the initial vocational training corresponding to requirements of the labor market;

- submission to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of offers on strengthening of responsibility and effective involvement of employers in initial vocational training;

- the solution of other questions connected with initial vocational training.

6. Powers of the head of group:

- convocation and holding meetings of group;

- approval of the work plan of group;

- hearing of reports of members of group and other relevant institutes about the taken measures and the current situation connected with the project progress "Strengthening of vocational training and training", strategy, concepts, industry programs and other regulatory legal acts and solutions of group;

- execution of other powers, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.
